Terms of Sale
All of our products are generally made to order. Therefore we require 90% payment in advance, with the remaining 10% payable within 28 days of delivery.
Warranty
We offer 12 months warranty on all of our products. This is a return to base warranty service.
Exclusions of warranty
We do not cover damage due to vandalism, misuse, damage to or loss of property due to failure to perform.
Ordering methods
You can order by telephone or by email. Payment can be taken by swift or BACS transfer, credit card (3% fee applies), switch, solo, cheque or Paypal.
